Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.


ABOUT OUR GAS SERVICES BUSINESS


We are searching for a Sales Manager who will take responsibility for achieving personal sales targets by defining customer value propositions that add real value to the customer's business in relation to Generation Services.

This role requires technical knowledge across the full spectrum of Large Gas Turbines, Large Steam Turbines, their Generators and Digital solutions.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a reputable college or university
  • Having a demonstrated ability in marketing and sales from an engineering domain
  • Solid understanding of rotating equipment and oil & gas industry
  • Ability to understand project needs in crossfunctional view and the ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, strong networking, negotiating, and influencing skills.
  • Excellent command of English. Arabic is an advantage.
  • Able to prioritize tasks and to manage workloads in an effective manner with mínimal direct supervision and flexibility in managing multiple and diverse tasks.
  • Effective problemsolving skills and ability to work under pressure in time critical situations
  • Sensitive and responsive to the needs of different religious, ethnic, tribal, and cultural groups.
  • Proven integrity and high personal standards of behaviour.
  • Experience in working in a multinational and multicultural environment, as well as proven interpersonal skills and ability to successfully engage with diverse audiences.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead the entire sales process from lead generation to deal close phase
  • Ensure order income target set is reached with expected EBIT and cash flow
  • Collection, processing and reporting on Customer and competitive intelligence, including special project assignments
  • Accompanying sales professionals and management throughout Sales planning, steering and controlling process based on our defined market planning and reporting systems
  • Driving the input and the data accuracy on SFDC tool
  • Abide by all business compliance requirements in line with Company policies.
