We are now looking for a colleague to join our team in
Rungis, France as an **Application Engineer Manager.

What you'll do? As a key team player, your responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of Application Engineers of up to 10 and ensure they meet their targets and works in according to all policies and regulations.
  • Involved in Marketing and Business Development by providing input for whitepapers, social media and other marketing means of communication.
  • Ensures the prioritization of activities in partnership with various stakeholders.
  • Review RFQs and identify customer requirements/specifications.
  • Attend customer meetings with Sales manager as a technical expert.

  • School Background:engineering background or equivalent education with proven field experience.

Previous working experience:extensive experience in LOB products and installation, especially for Datacenter or equivalent.

  • Solid experience matured in adjacent markets and in similar positions.

Language skills:fluent English written and verbal required; second language of the in-scope group is nice-to-have.

  • Experience in quoting/proposing/installing/ managing projects.
  • Proficient in using C1 and Oracle Sales Cloud.
  • Experience with AutoCAD or similar CAD systems. High focus on customer needs.
