Description
INSEAD brings together people, cultures and ideas from around the world to educate leaders who transform business and society. As a mission-driven school, INSEAD focuses on three values: open, rigorous, and entrepreneurial.

Founded on a commitment to innovation in management education, INSEAD was the first international business school, introduced the first one-year MBA, pioneered company specific executive education, and has developed a unique fully integrated multi-continent campus structure.

Today, no more than 10% of the incoming MBA class comes from one country - we truly are the Business School for the World.

  • Ensuring smooth coordination and collaboration with all Campus Recruitment Advisors on both campuses regarding alignment of dates and logistics as well as centralised communication out to global recruiters
  • Ensuring smooth coordination and collaboration with the CEC's (Campus Event Coordinators) to ensure the logistics of each event are correctly set up in advance
  • Running the operational delivery of activities both online and/or on campus (greeting / connecting with the recruiting company reps and ensuring their activity is correctly set up and runs smoothly)
  • Planning and supporting all MIM Career Education activities throughout the programme, starting with P0 (Period Zero, prior to their arrival on campus) and Launch Week activities, including the CV process, in collaboration with the Career Coaches
  • Supporting CDC colleagues within the Ops, EE and CCE teams as and when needed

Key skills required:

  • Strong sense of customer service and satisfaction
