Your role & mission:

As part of the Manufacturing department, you will supervise standard testing activities for refueling stations products and carry out the continuous improvement of the manufacturing testing phase.

Your main responsibilities:

Preparation / planning of tests | 30%
Management of a team of technicians and standard test engineers | 20%
Followup of standard tests and safety rules | 20%
Quality / Continuous Improvement | 10%
Engineering support | 10%
HSE support | 10%

Your scope & daily tasks:

Prepare plans and procedures for the testing phases (cold commissioning / hot commissioning)
Document the progress of activities and any problems encountered
Define and ensure compliance with safety rules and associated procedures
Manage the staff in charge of testing in relation to schedules and priorities (engineers and technicians or operators)
Coordinate standard tests with nonstandard test phases and coactivity in the test platform
Carry out or have carried out the FATs according to the obligations of the contracts signed between the customers and McPhy
Lead the feedback from the tests to the design office and the manufacturing team
Participate in the continuous improvement of McPhy's refueling Stations products
Participate in the sizing and training plan of the teams involved on the test platform according to the test schedules

Your profile:

Engineering degree (BAC+5) or equivalent
Fluency in English and French
Experience of testing and validation protocols
Knowledge of industrial risks (ATEX risks, electrical risks and pressure equipment risks)
Leadership and ability to lead a multidisciplinary team
Rigour and organisational skills
Sense of responsibility
Ability to anticipate risks and priorities

What we offer:

Working conditions:

Full time position
Start possibility: january 2023
Remuneration: package consisting of a base salary with a bonus

- lunch vouchers (8€ per day, 50% covered by McPhy)

75% reimbursement of public transport
Reimbursement of bicycle kilometres travelled between home and work (40 cts per kilometers with 300€ limitation per year)
