Une offre d'apprentissage intitulée **« **Apprenti(e) en Ergonomie (f/h) **» **vient de s'ouvrir au sein d' **Airbus Hélicoptère **s sur son site de **Marignane (á proximité de Marseille) **.

Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 23 personnes au sein du département **« **Manufacturing Engineering **» **en charge du support technique en chaine d'assemblage, piste et atelier de maintenance NH90.

Cet apprentissage consistera à **mettre en place la politique ergonomie sur le thème de la sécurité et de l'environnement sur une chaine d'assemblage et piste.**

Dans le cadre de la stratégie ergonomie, nous recherchons un(e) étudiant(e) motivé(e) pour intégrer un parcours en apprentissage dans ce domaine et rejoindre nos équipes au sein d'Airbus Hélicoptères.

Cet apprentissage débutera en septembre 2023 pour une durée de 2 ans.

Ce poste nécessite une habilitation de sécurité ou nécessite d'être éligible à une habilitation par les autorités reconnues.

**Tâches et responsabilités**:
Encadré par votre tuteur, vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes:

- Participer à l'élaboration et au déploiement de standards ergonomiques en lien avec la politique HSE dans ce domaine.
- Analyser des situations de travail et mettre en place leur transformation suivant ce standard.
- Réaliser une cartographie des postes de travail.
- Accompagner et soutenir la démarche ergonomique auprès des fonctions support (AET/prépa )
- Travailler en interface avec différentes parties prenantes au sein de l'usine

**Compétences & Prérequis**:
Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau **BAC +4 à BAC+5 **dans le domaine de l' **ergonomie **pour un apprentissage d'une **durée de 2 ans **.

- Compétences linguistiques:

An apprenticeship offer entitled **"Apprentice Ergonomics(f/m)" **has just opened within **Airbus Helicopters **on **Marignane **site (nearby Marseille).

You will join the Manufacturing Engineering department in charge of Technical support in NH90 FAL&Flight Line.

This apprenticeship will consist of **implementing the ergonomics policy on the theme of safety and the environment on an assembly line and track. **As part of the ergonomics strategy, we are looking for a motivated student to integrate a learning path in this field and join our teams within Airbus Helicopters.

This apprenticeship will start in September / October 2023 and will last 2 years..

This position requires security clearance or requires being eligible for clearance by recognized authorities.

**Tasks and responsibilities**:
You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.

You will contribute to the following main activities:

- Participate in the development and deployment of ergonomic standards in connection with the HSE policy in this area.
- Analyze work situations and implement their transformation according to this standard.
- Realize a mapping of workstations.
- Accompany and support the ergonomic approach with the support functions (AET / prep, etc.)
- Work in interface with different stakeholders within the plant

**Skills & Prerequisites**:
You will integrate a **BAC +4 to BAC + 5 level **training in the field of **ergonomics **for an apprenticeship lasting **2 years **.

You have the following knowledge and skills:

- Rigorous

- Have a sense of interpersonal skills
- **Language skills**:
English: advanced
French: fluent
- You may, depending on the offers offered, be required to travel. _
