YOUR JOB AND DAILY MISSIONS

Job purpose

This role oversees:

Dimensions
For a dedicated portfolio of BU & departments, you will oversee the following activities:

  • Build winning TA strategy by partnering with HR & the business and staying ahead of business needs to proactively search for a diverse pool of top industry talent using various recruiting methods (direct sourcing, internal mobility, social media )
  • Work as a key member in supporting the company's Diversity Initiatives with a focus on networking and talent acquisition
  • Consult with business leaders on talent related strategies and initiatives throughout the course of a search to influence decisions regarding recruitment strategy, profile development, assessment methods and final selection
  • Seek opportunities to remove obstacles and implements complex and unique recruiting approaches
  • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department by focusing on Talent Analytics and dashboards
  • Support employer branding initiatives in collaboration with other HR and operational departments to increase attractivity, using social networks to create and animate communities
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
  • Maintain a solid understanding of industry trends and provide insight into the competitive landscape
  • Work on adhoc hiring projects

Votre profil:


Qualifications

  • Prioritization skills are required; the ability to be flexible should priorities change quickly
  • Organized, detail and data oriented, demonstrated ability to manage high volume recruitment activities
  • Effective at managing multiple competing priorities under tight deadlines, engaging stakeholders, driving accountability ability to prioritize conflicting demands, organize time and resources to deliver solid and consistent results for the business and bring assignments to successful completion
  • Indepth knowledge of the business segment strategic resource objectives and the talent acquisition functional area
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organization
  • Strong customer focus to understand and anticipate the needs and to provide customized solutions
  • Strong interpersonal communication (verbal and written); Listen and communicate efficiently, adapting to various audiences and channels
  • A positive "can do" attitude and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Adapt quickly to changes, learning attitude
  • Work in team with members from different expertise, geographies and cultures to achieve collective goals and have fun
  • Ability to deliver and monitor processes in autonomy, very resultorientated
  • Fluent in English and French

Experience

  • Master's degree or equivalent
  • A minimum of 5 years of work experience as international Talent Acquisition / Recruiter or similar role in executive search and/or inhouse recruiting within a fastpaced environment
