About this job:
In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our engagement with patient associations.

Your primary mission is to craft a comprehensive strategy aligning with our corporate objectives and identify suitable patient associations for collaboration.


Working closely with our Sales team, you will play a key role in shaping collaboration between these associations and our organisation, whether it entails financial support or knowledge sharing.

Additionally, you will act as a bridge between our medical team, R&D department, and patient associations, seeking opportunities for collaborative endeavors that advance our shared goals.

This position is all about strategically nurturing these relationships to ensure our collective success.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop a strategy for engaging with patient associations, aligning it with the company's overall objectives.
  • Identify and map patient associations that could benefit from the company's support, in line with the corporate strategy.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to determine the nature and level of engagement between patient associations and the company, such as funding or expertise contributions.
  • Implement satisfaction surveys among patient associations to assess jointly developed projects.
  • Identify potential synergies with the medical department and R&D team.

Essential Knowledge & Experience:

  • Experience in a similar role related to patient associations, ideally within a patient association.
  • Proficiency in French and a high level of English, as frequent communication with the EST-C and Global teams is required.
  • Familiarity with relevant healthcare and pharmaceutical regulations, particularly those related to patient engagement and data privacy, is essential for ensuring compliance and ethical practices in patient association partnerships.
  • Experience in developing and implement projects and tools meeting the needs of partner patient associations, ensuring adherence to contractual and ethical frameworks

Preferred Knowledge & Experience:

  • Handson experience working with patient advocacy groups or nonprofit organizations, ideally within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry, to understand the dynamics of patient support and engagement.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies, as well as the ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects with multiple stakeholders, will be vital to ensure the success of patient association collaboration projects.
  • Knowledgeable in fostering collaborations with patient associations in key therapeutic areas.

Education:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
