Your main mission will be to:
- deal with customer orders and follow-up with all related suppliers in order to keep a high-level of customer satisfaction while reaching internal KPI.
- collaborate with all other departments depending the projects needs
- meet customers if required from time to time (in tandem with the customer account manager)
Domain name:
- Manage from A to Z customer orders for domain names, SSL certificates, TMCH, DPML, etc.
- Provide feedback to the technical team about process to improve
- Update our knowledge database
- Reach internal KPI
