Description
We are looking for a Software Research Engineer at the interface of our R&D and software teams.


Tasks

  • In this position, you will contribute to the development of new radar processing concepts and features, and will evaluate their performances on real scenarios data. You will be responsible for designing productoriented algorithms and for ensuring the robustness of the new functionalities added to our processing pipelines. This role will have the opportunity to write highperformance, productionlevel software and develop very strong software engineering skills.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Python (OOP) and working in large codebase
  • Strong mathematical skills, importantly linear algebra, statistics and optimization
  • Familiarity with signal processing and computer vision
  • Bac+5 general degree, with a specialization in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
  • Familiarity with professional software development tools, such as source control (git), unit testing, Linux environment
  • Strong communication and crossfunctional collaboration skills
  • Strong level of english
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with sensor data (e.g. camera, lidar, radar, IMU/GPS or other automotive sensors) and/or sensor fusion
  • Experience with modern C++ (we use C++14) and CUDA or GPU programming
  • Experience in machine learning and deep neural network
