    WELCOMING YOU TO THE TEAM

    The Global HRIS CoE is in charge of designing, building and maintaining consistent digital solutions to support the execution of Nexans business and HR strategies.

    The department is reporting to the Group HRIS director and set-up by Streams, each one covering a specific set of the HR process landscape around two specific dimensions :

  • Strengthen/Build a shared services center (SSC) based organization in charge of Payroll and admin activities, as well as dedicated Talent Acquisition SSC for Europe.
  • Grow and capitalize on Global Centers of Excellence (CoE) in charge designing and building HR transversal policies and processes throughout the group.
  • GETTING A FLYING START

    The position is two-fold :

  • As the HRIS Talent Management Stream Leader, you will oversee the digitalization of the transversal Talent Management processes throughout the Nexans group, as well as the execution of the related processes in production. This stream entails all steps of Annual Performance & Goals management, Continuous Performance Management, Succession Planning, Career development, 360° as well as future enhancements like competencies management, workforce planning, mentoring, referral program...
  • As a global key User, you will coordinate the operations with the AMS partner to ensure a smooth execution of our run activities. This includes keeping a solid governance of our support model, an acting as Tiers 3 / VIP support.
  • HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT

    Within Design, Build and Run activities, you will create the drivers to the success of the whole value chain delivery.Your mission entails the following areas of responsibility:

  • HRIS design : manage the Nexans internal activities related to all aspects of the business requirement definition then solution design, in coordination with the tool integration partners, to ensure solid and efficient specifications and that will bring recognized added value to internal customers (HR, Managers, Employees).
  • Project Governance: set-up governance and ensure compliance until final delivery, build and maintain plannings, with respect to the global roadmaps/budgets, report activities and provide solutions to meet deadlines and mitigate the risks.
  • Project execution Management : work in agile project mode and lead or participate in project teams for new digital HR processes, optimization/change of existing HR processes (supply "digital point of view")
  • Configuration supervision: continuously check that the solution being built is compliant with the design.
  • Testing supervision : coordinate and participate actively to all the testing activities, whether included during the iterations cycles or during the final User Acceptance Tests.
  • Roll-out: defines roll-out strategy and coordinates execution together with local HR stakeholders. Responsible for ensuring all appropriate HR teams receive the right training and information required
  • Solution evangelization through active Change management : provide guidance, create or gather best practices and facilitate sharing within HR organisation, Initiate/animate/conduct regular training activities for HR users
  • Data quality and consistency guard keeping: establish and lead an international network of HRIS Key users, who take care about data quality and user support in their respective scope. Including OM/Position management.
  • Compliance : provide support to HR local organization for implementation in local legislation (information, documentation... e.g. for agreements/discussions with employee representatives)
  • YOUR STARTING POINTS WHEN YOU JOIN

  • Minimum of years of 5 professional experience in the field of HRIS with a good mix of Talent HR processes knowledge and HCM solutions / HR Database savviness
  • Interest for new technologies
  • Used to work in global and fast paced environments
  • Experienced in the deployment of a cloud based HCM tool
  • Knowledge of Success Factors Performance, Goals and Calibration and Succession modules
  • Strong ability to bridge Process/Policies/Procedures with tool capabilities
  • Exposure to GDPR requirements
  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence systems capabilities is a plus
  • Proven records of successful Project management delivery
  • Highly organized, multitask and solution oriented
  • Excellent communicator (oral and written) with strong facilitation skills
  • Problem solver and able to work independently
  • Perfect fluency in English is a must – French and/or Spanish will be a plus
