The Challenge:


Our Revenue Operations team is looking for a Strategist, Value Advisory to help our sales representatives increase deal sizes and win rates.

Your job will be to actively partner with sales to understand our client's challenges and to showcase the benefits & return on investment that Qualtrics will bring their business.

You will come in as Qualtrics' Value Advisory Strategist for our EMEA South & Emerging region.

On this team, you will learn the economics of Experience Management (XM), develop financial literacy & business acumen, and familiarise yourself with company value content.

Learning & development for this position will be done through training sessions, shadowing meetings, and reading & work assignments.


Expectations for Success:


  • Collaborate with Qualtrics' sales teams in different markets to showcase the benefits of Qualtrics that allow us to increase value to our customers, win rates and as a result our revenue
  • Actively participate in client & prospect discovery sessions to understand the client's goals/challenges, and to appropriately advise what business challenges they can overcome by using Qualtrics
  • Prepare for presentations & client meetings in such a way that will allow us to influence the buyer & justify their investment
  • Support creation of standardised Value messaging & content to be used by sales representatives and value advisors as part of an investment justification exercise
  • Create companyspecific point of view documents on the XM opportunity (consists of indepth company research, industry research, and benefit analysis)
  • Collaborate with sales leaders on the XM strategy for key accounts in the region
  • Lead and support with the client's investment justification.
This will consists of three phases, and this role will support in the following ways:

Alignment: Determine appropriate areas of business impact based on in depth company research, industry research, and sales discovery conversations.

Discovery:Identify the required inputs for business impact analysis. Find key inputs via online research and guidance to sales reps (to capture from buyer).

Build Case for Change: Create customer-facing proposals based on Alignment and Discovery phases. This will consist of company context, industry context, the size of the XM opportunity, and why Qualtrics is uniquely positioned to deliver these outcomes.

  • Track and analyse engagements with key accounts

Qualifications & Requirements:


  • 7+ years of experience in a consulting role or a background in working in the Customer/Employee Experience domain
  • Business level fluency in English & French is required (Fluency in Italian OR Spanish as well is a strong bonus).
  • Significant presentation skills with ability to present to various company levels from executive level to lineofbusines, with the ability to influence others to your point of view
  • Willingness to learn new skill set and help create the structure for a new, undefined role
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex concepts and solve complex problems, with significant competency in communicating at an executive level
  • Ability to conduct research and compile information to create persuasive cases for key buyers and potential customers
  • Some type of quantitative and/or research background is preferred
  • Finance knowledge/analysis experience is a plus
