Join our IS team which is responsible for providing IT services to our employees and managing our As a Service platform, including project management and technical integration.
Tasks:
Support for Kurmi teams:
You are the main point of contact for the Kurmi teams when they need assistance in the use of internal IT (accounts, VPN, networks, breakdowns, user help, virtual machines, etc.).
You escalate problems that are too complex to L3 support and then follow up on the implementation of the fixes.
Feeding the internal knowledge base:
You update documentation associated with frequently encountered questions/problems and you write "how to" articles internal to the DSI
Entry and exit management:
You take into account material inputs and outputs for new arrivals and when employees leave.
You manage the stocks of equipment to deal with possible breakdowns and make purchase requests for computer equipment to the hierarchy in case of stock running out.
Continuous improvement:
You refine and optimize existing procedures by relying on the capabilities of the tools used:
- Improved ticket processing time,
- Improved user satisfaction.
Maintenance in operational conditions:
You also contribute to the maintenance in operational conditions of the IS infrastructure and the availability rates.

Technical Environment:
Kurmi's technical environment is organized around the following technologies and tools:
- Cloud: Azure | OVH
- Directories: Microsoft Active Directory, OpenLdap, Microsoft 365 Administration, Windows and Linux
- Ticketing tool: JIRA ITSM, JIRA, Administration of Windows and Linux systems
- Virtualization: VMware, vcenter
SKILLS:
BAC+2 to BAC+5 training in systems and network administration or equivalent
Professional experience [2-6 years]
Professional English (written in particular)
