Locum General Practitioner Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Locum General Practitioner at an Aboriginal Community-Controlled Health Service.
The successful candidate will have the ability to conduct comprehensive health assessments and prepare client care plans in accordance with MBS standards, maintain accurate patient records and complete required documents efficiently. Furthermore, they will be able to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated care planning for clients with complex chronic conditions.
