The Managerial Shareholding Department assists companies in managing their share ownership plans. We are currently looking for an Equity Manager Analyst.

To strengthen our team in the Managerial Shareholding Department, we are looking for an Equity Manager Analyst


Vos missions

Within the Corporate Relations team:
- you ensure updates provided by client companies within the plan management system (beneficiary plan statuses, mobility).
- you participate in the implementation of new plans issued by existing clients or new client companies.
- you ensure the proper processing of plan deadlines (allocations, vestings, etc.), by coordinating with client company representatives and the operational teams within the department.

Ce que nous allons aimer chez vous

Profile required:
- bachelor's or Master's degree (BAC +4/5) from a business school, university, or equivalent.
- you have prior professional experience, ideally in the banking sector or in employee share ownership management (compensation & benefits/rewards), or more broadly in cross-functional project management.
- autonomous, dynamic, responsive, and rigorous, you have excellent writing skills and demonstrate analytical and synthesis abilities.
- you have an interest in numbers, data manipulation and presentation, as well as topics related to financial investments in general.
- computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly strong skills in Excel (knowledge of Access and Visual Basic is a plus), and familiarity with reporting tools in general.
- language: Excellent English proficiency is required, and proficiency in another language is a plus.
- strong interpersonal skills, initiative, and the ability to work in a team are essential.
- position based in Paris, Nancy, and Nantes.
