Description

Reporting to the Head of the Finance Department of our customer, the Cash Collection Specialist will be responsible for collecting receivables from their customers.

In collaboration with the Accounting Team and the Account Managers of the various markets, the Cash Collections Specialist is responsible for:
Identifying partners who fail to meet contractual payment deadlines
Selecting appropriate reminder protocols
Improving reactivation times due to late payment
Reporting on the performance of collection activities
Suggesting improvements to existing tools and processes
Minimum 2 years higher education (BAC+2)
Minimum 1 year experience in collections (BtoB or BtoC)
Excellent command of office automation tools (Google suite, Microsoft Office, Excel)

Bilingual English

French
Ability to organize and prioritize
Comfortable with figures
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong negotiation skills
Tenacity and pugnacity
Ability to make proposals
