Job Description:


Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a robust technical strategy that supports our business vision and long-term goals.

Collaborate closely with the founding team to define and prioritize features, as well as to address technical challenges.

Build and lead a talented technical team, fostering a collaborative work environment and continuous learning.

Ensure compliance with quality standards and best software development practices.


Requirements:

Deep knowledge of modern web technologies, such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, ), and relational and non-relational databases.

Experience in designing and implementing scalable and distributed architectures.

Ability to lead and motivate technical teams, as well as to effectively communicate with non-technical team members.

Commitment to technical excellence and a passion for staying updated on the latest trends and technologies.

Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
