Job summary
Le Customer Care Specialist occupe un rôle stratégique et transversal dans la relation entre le client, les partenaires et la direction commerciale.
+Qualifications
- Bac+5 idéalement en finance, assurance, gestion ou école de commerce.
- Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en service client, middle office ou fonction commerciale acquise dans un environnement exigeant.
Skills
- Aisance relationnelle et goût marqué pour linteraction client .
- Communication fluide et élocution claire , avec une orthographe irréprochable.
- Maitrise solide des outils informatiques .
- Sens du service et posture de partenaire auprès des interlocuteurs
