ABOUT SAINT LAURENT


Founded in 1961, Yves Saint Laurent was the first couture house to introduce the concept of luxury prêt-à-porter in a 1966 collection called 'Rive Gauche', synonymous with youth and freedom.

This shift represented a first critical step in the modernization of fashion and revolutionized the sociocultural landscape.

In 1999, the luxury goods division of the Kering Group acquired Yves Saint Laurent and, under the creative direction of Anthony Vaccarello since April 2016, continues to position the house at the summit of the luxury universe.

Today, Saint Laurent collections include women's and men's ready-to-wear, shoes, handbags, small leather goods, jewelry, scarves, ties and eyewear.


ROLE


As part of the worldwide Digital & Marketing department, and reporting to the project manager, your role will consist of coordinating the proper running of projects.


Job Description:


PROFILE:

  • Previous professional experience, preferably in a fastpaced environment
  • Fluent in both French and English orally and in writing, ideally English native
  • Full proficiency of Office 365, ability to deliver compelling and engaging presentations/decks; demonstrated graphic design skills
  • Editorial skills, passion for copywriting
  • Excellent organizational skills, understanding of priorities, outcomes & efficiency, ability to recognize and react to timesensitive situations
  • Analytical mind, with the ability to understand complex situations and communicate them understandably Strong attention to details
  • Capacity to efficiently assist in multiple projects on a daytoday basis Curiosity and passion for creative industries, arts & culture
  • University background or professional experience communications (or related function) in creative field required

MISSION:

  • Ensure seamless coordination of various projects across different marketing and communication groups
  • Support in developing and updating of communications plans
  • Creating integrated project presentations, visualizing objectives, highlighting retroplannings, stakeholder needs, constraints; ensuring followups
  • Coordinating briefs for marketing materials, follow up on deadlines, updating of stakeholders
  • Coordinating communication recaps with focus on collaborations
  • Bring forward ideas and strategic input for various projects
  • Support in the creation and deployment of internal brand newsletter, with the aim of engaging communities
  • Creation & updating of internal newsletter dashboard & postdeployment analysis. Coordinating with internal communications on plannings.
  • Support in recapping of marketing efforts and post campaign analysis. Liaising across various teams to collect necessary data.
  • Various competitive analyses: Providing indepth insights on competitor's marketing & communications activations.
Use of social listening platform to extract data.
