Your Role


Our team in Paris is growing and we are looking for a talented new team member who possess outstanding analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.


What You Will Do- Develop processes and methodologies with which to understand and analyse both the quantitative and qualitative aspects of space planning, occupancy and workplace performance for a variety of client organisations- Translate findings into client-specific strategies that address strategic business goals, specifically in the areas of real estate and facilities, workplace, and organisational development- Lead teams in the successful implementation of complex research and strategy projects- Manage Face-to-Face facilitation workshops, staff surveys and conducting research from multiple stakeholders.

Presenting the findings to clients and leadership change champions- Lead client meetings and facilitate small to large group meetings- Develop written and graphic presentations of data and findings for clients- Actively participate in business development and client relationship development- Oversee the information design of data and findings for client reports

Your Qualifications


Comfort in a fast-paced, dynamic, open, collaborative environment and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously is a must.

A self-motivated team player with a positive, communicative and collaborative approach, you will work in partnership with colleagues across Gensler's practice areas, as well as with clients, vendors and stakeholders at all levels.

- Relevant professional experience in Interior Design and Workplace Strategy- Track record of working for an extended period on fully dedicated client engagements/secondments is essential- Experience facilitating meetings with diverse stakeholders to reach consensus- Ability to create positive relationships with outside design firms and corporate client and stakeholders- Experience advising executives in global professional services, energy, financial services firms or similar- Totally client
- and team-oriented, knows how to balance demands for time and resources
  • Amazing collaboration skills, proactive and highly organised are essential with a strong ability to work in a fastpaced team environment
  • Experience of designing commercial fitout projects, ideally more than 150,000 Design strategy services experience including: space planning, real estate scenario planning, branding, space standards, architectural programming, user research, site and lease evaluation, growth projections, test fit preparation and analysis and industry benchmarking
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite is essential, with knowledge of Revit advantageous.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, communication and relationshipmanagement skills
  • Good business development skills; ability to develop a network 13 years experience in practice

En tant que stratégiste, vous aurez pour mission de conseiller et d'accompagner nos clients dans la transformation de leur environnement de travail pour faire de leurs projets immobiliers de vrais leviers de performance business.

Ce que vous ferez

  • Réfléchir avec les comités de direction aux enjeux de leurs projets
  • Gérer des entretiens individuels, des ateliers de facilitation en groupe et des enquêtes auprès des salariés pour recueillir objectifs, attentes et besoins métiers
  • Développer des méthodologies permettant de comprendre et d'analyser les aspects quantitatifs et qualitatifs de la conception des espaces, de l'occupation et de la performance du lieu de travail de nos différents clients
- Élaborer des présentations écrites et graphiques pour présenter données et résultats aux clients et aux différentes parties prenantes impliquées (équipe projet, CODIR, ambassadeurs, salariés, etc.)

  • Traduire les résultats de vos recherches en une nouvelle stratégie d'aménagement surmesure et de premières orientations design en collaboration avec l'équipe d'architectes
