About the role;

Responsibilities:


What you'll do;

  • Research and identify key decisionmakers and influencers within target accounts.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their business needs, pain points, and challenges.
  • Educate prospects about our services and articulate the value proposition.
  • Schedule appointments for our sales executives/managers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine sales strategies and messaging.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of prospect interactions and sales activities in the CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Follow up with leads in a timely and persistent manner to move them through the sales pipeline.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.

Qualifications:

What you'll need;

  • Native or fluent French language skills and working proficiency in English
  • Previous experience in sales/SDR role for a digital, software, technology company is preferred
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a proven track record of hitting targets and goals.
  • Comfortable making cold calls and engaging with prospects over the phone.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools is a plus.
