- She/He is responsible for providing functional and operational support on Havas products for HMG organization.
- She/He will work with the Global Product Manager, Adoption/Product Director, Data Manager and pool of data analysts and scientists who build and operate data projects and products globally.

- She/He contributes to the continuous improvement of working practices, application quality, tooling and agile processes.
- Product setup: Login creation, operational set up of product environment including dashboards, product features set up, etc
- Product Support: Engage and support users with their requests and co-ordinate with technical teams for bug fixes.
- Functional documentation: Create documentation to add precision on product needs, technical needs and success criteria on when the product or project is completed.
- Product Documentation: Help in creation of user guides, technical and functional documentation to help users.
- Quality control & Validation: Writes and orchestrates functional & data based test cases to help validate business logic that is being translated to technical logic in the project or product.
- Market engagement: Help the Product manager with content curation and animation of workshops, virtual or in person product sessions on product topics.
- You are currently studying for a Master's degree in Technology/Business
- You are proficient in English, both orally and in writing.
- You have good interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
- You are proactive and have the ability to take initiative and think outside the box.
- You have good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You have a positive, persistent and positive attitude.
- You are willing to learn.
