THE ROLE


As part of the CMA CGM Group's Human Resources Department, you will join the Talent Acquisition team to contribute to hire top diverse talent.


RESPONSABILITIES

  • Be responsible for effective attraction, selection and recruitment of top talent across the business.
  • Be responsible for the endtoend recruitment cycle from intake meeting with hiring managers, defining sourcing strategy, job advertisement publication, talent sourcing to interview management and initiating onboarding.
  • Be responsible for leading the recruitment process and guiding our internal clients with their recruitment needs.
  • Continuously suggest and implement improvements to the recruitment process as needed
  • Support HR related initiatives to strengthen talent attraction and employer branding strategies
  • Support HR business intelligence: data projects for better decision making process
  • Support HR administrative tasks.

PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience as in house recruiter or preferably within an executive search firm
  • Strong competencies on sourcing high quality talent through headhunting /direct sourcing, advertising
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a high volume of open positions effectively in a fastpaced environment
  • Adaptable personality with excellent communication skills, able to interact with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proactive, selfstarting attitude
  • Fluency in French and English is mandatory.
