Vygon est une entreprise française qui développe, fabrique et distribue des dispositifs médicaux partout dans le monde. Le Groupe compte 27 filiales et 11 sites de production et connait une croissance constante.
Pour soutenir la division R&D Non IV Catheter, nous sommes à la recherche d'un.e Chef de projet R&D Trainee F/H. Vous accompagnerez les chefs de projets R&D dans la création de nouveaux produits et la maintenance sur des dispositifs de respiratoire, de nutrition ou neuronal. A ce titre, vous travaillerez au sein de l'équipe projet (R&D, Affaires Réglementaires, Qualité conception et Marketing) et en collaboration avec les services transversaux de la société (laboratoire central d'essais, évaluation chimique et biologique, bureau d'étude, usines, etc.). Vous interviendrez à chaque étape du développement d'un produit depuis l'initiation jusqu'à la réalisation industrielle.
Rattaché(e) à la R&D Specialist, vous aurez pour principales missions la liste suivante :
- Piloter les projets qui vous sont confiés en respectant des contraintes financières, temporelles, réglementaires et techniques.
- Animer l'équipe projet dans les tâches dont vous avez la charge
- Participer à la mise à jour de la documentation de conception (dossiers historiques de conception) selon les procédures applicables
- Rédiger des cahiers des charges techniques
- Créer ou mettre à jour des documents techniques associés à vos projets
- Constituer les dossiers de gestion des risques à travers des analyses de risques
- Effectuer des demandes d'essais auprès de notre laboratoire central
- Être un support technique pour les différents services de la société, dans le cadre de vos projets
Vous serez accompagné(e) et suivi(e) au quotidien par un chef de projet R&D Senior. Un parcours d'intégration personnalisé vous sera proposé pour réaliser au mieux vos missions au sein de notre société.
Profil
Vous préparez actuellement un diplôme d'ingénieur, idéalement dans les domaines des matériaux, biomatériaux ou plasturgie.
Vous souhaitez acquérir des compétences en gestion de projet dans le secteur des dispositifs médicaux.
Vous êtes rigoureux(se), bon communiquant(e) et force de proposition.
Vous savez vous montrer autonome, organisé(e) et faites preuve de leadership.
Vous avez de bonnes capacités rédactionnelles en français et en anglais.
Vous aimez avoir des missions multiples et travailler en équipe.
