We are currently looking for an MIS Administrator for the EU
Reporting to the Regional Education Lead, Regional Principal Team, and Regional Operations Manager;

Your main focus will be ensuring that all our campuses across the EU region, are consistently and effectively using the Student Information System (MIS- Engage), contributing to high operating standards as a school, whilst collecting and maintaining student records.

To achieve this, our MIS Administrator would have the following tasks at hand; to mention only a few


Responsibilities:


  • Maintain an operational calendar for the use and maintenance of the MIS each school year.
  • Coordinate with Campuses to use the MIS consistently and deliver to the operational calendar.
  • Govern the data in the system to ensure consistency and quality of data and provide feedback.
  • Training regional/campus staff in the usage of the system for their role (especially new starters).
  • Provide region wide reporting as needed.
  • Setup new staff in the system and deactivate staff when they leave.
  • Coordinate with the regional timetabler for consistent maintenance of the timetables.
  • Work with Engage to ensure regular updates of the system are performed at suitable times and check key functionality to ensure availability for use.
  • Raise / manage tickets with Engage Support for issues through to resolution.
  • Respond to adhoc requests for support from staff and liaise with the Engage helpdesk to assist in attending to any tickets raised.
  • Coordinate with IT to configure the system to deliver new functionality for use and delivery of desired regional and global outcomes.
  • Provide data as required to the Regional Platform lead.

Who we are looking for:

Previous experience in the School/Education sector at a senior administrative level.
-
Experience with using, managing and maintaining a student/management information system.

  • Relevant competence and experience in an operational role with coordination across multiple locations.
  • Personally accountable and able to manage multiple concurrent activities.
  • Proactive, displays initiative, integrity and professionalism.
  • Selfstarter, highly motivated.
  • Able to work autonomously with excellent attention to detail.
  • Effective at prioritising and managing workload.
  • Able to build and maintain relationships.
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills.

Able to speak French and English. German and Italian would be beneficial.


Compensation/ Location

  • Contract
  • Part time, 3 days a week, Monday to Friday.
