• Experience in consulting/and or industry experience
• Experience with e-Procurement project management with minimum 2 end to end Coupa project implementations.
• Experience with e-Procurement technology packages such as Coupa, SAP Ariba, Zycus.
• Experience with Procurement strategy and process transformation: including sourcing, project experience and/or implementing digital procurement technologies, business process mapping, and business process review.
• Experience with leading pursuits, RFP responses and Risk management - POC for risk mitigation strategies for programs
• Able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the Procurement functions and the impacts of procurement on an organization's performance.
• Experience developing and maintaining a customer-focused relationship with business stakeholders and IT by exhibiting a high level of collaboration, timely communication and responsiveness.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment and strong project management & consultative skills
• Experience in managing the program budget, monitoring expenditure and costs against delivered and realized benefits as the program progresses is preferred
• Experience in driving overall service delivery to success by keeping a balance between customer's expectations and delivery realities is preferred
• Experienced in leading cross-functional projects across supply chain domain
