Advanced Operations is leading the creation of a global team dedicated to achieving excellence in Manufacturing Transfer (MT) This role will support our Manufacturing Transfer team being a Key Enabler of transformation delivering on "cost out" opportunities to become a global competitive advantage.

Cestas, France

Responsibilities:


  • Oversee manufacturing transfer projects from beginning to end
  • Identify processes to be implemented and manage the introduction of new capital equipment and support the associated qualification and validation activities
  • Evaluate process layouts in terms of supporting new process integration while ensuring best utilization of floor space and optimum process flow
  • Ensure quality of process and product
  • Participate in PFMEA, Control Plan, SOP and PPAP generation associated with product transfers and launches

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or apprenticeship in engineering field and at least two years of experience

Fluent in both English and French:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Selfstarter, with excellent ability to analyze and problem solve
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, dynamic and resultsoriented team environment
  • Ability to learn a variety of different manufacturing technologies
  • Good knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, product and process design
  • Experience in GD&T, validation, design controls, six sigma and PPAP is preferred
