We are currently looking for a
Coordinator Recruitment Administration to support our client's team in
Paris.


Key Accountabilities:


  • Overseeing and managing scheduling requests at various levels of complexity
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties, making sure they are constantly up to date with the process.
  • Preparing weekly, monthly and quarterly reports when required.

Skills & Experience:


  • Around 2 years of experience in recruitment administration area (ideally have experience in interview scheduling process).
  • Strong customer focus, proactive and positive approach.
  • Attention to detail, excellent communication, organizational, problem solving and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to effectively work in a team as well as individually.
  • Fluency in
    English and
    French both verbal and written
