WHAT YOU'LL BE IN CHARGE OF
The Delivery Coordinator plays a key role in our solution delivery process.

The Coordinator will operate at the intersection of the installation and maintenance partners for our installations, both for downstream mobility (DSM) and other customers.

You will play a key role in operational process design, programme planning, site preparation, and installation and maintenance execution.


Your core accountabilities are to...

  • Manage the delivery of sites with chargers
  • Manage the day to day relationships with the installation and maintenance partners, in case of DSM, these partners are called the Engineering, Procurement, Construction Manager (EPCM) and Field Maintenance Coordinator (FMC) respectively
  • Provide expertise in the development of a charging end to end operational process and continuous improvement activities
  • Partner management and integrating operational strategy with wider organisational goals
  • Manage the incoming order flow of installations and manage the planning of installations
  • Carry out Site Acceptance Tests for Shell Recharge and Shell Destination installations

Success will be when you...

  • Design and build operational processes and ensure our installation and maintenance partners install and maintain Charge Points as per our quality standards, resulting in a seamless commissioning process and great onboarding experience for our customers

This is how you will contribute:

  • Take a key role in developing operational capabilities through partner management and operational process design
  • Provide technical expertise during the sales process to NewMotion Sales colleagues and installation partners
  • Develop cross functional expertise and relationships to ensure successful end to end delivery of projects
  • Manage incoming orders for installations and the planning with our installation partners and / or other stakeholders
  • Provide partners with expertise during the period in which Charge Points are installed, onsite if required
  • Ensure that our installations are executed as per our quality and safety standards
  • Take a supervisory role where necessary
  • Continuously improve performance by bringing forward areas for improvement, allowing us to bring the quality of our service to a higher level and set new standards

The person we're looking for will:

Have experience with...

  • Management of installation and maintenance service provider relationships
  • Operational process design i.e gateway analysis
  • Order flow monitoring and order planning for complex multistakeholder deliveries
  • Working in a dynamic B2B environment, that constantly strives for improvement of the customer experience with expertise in operational delivery

Be skilled at

  • Communicating with a technical and nontechnical audience
  • Educating technically skilled people
  • Stakeholder management, on various levels of seniority

Have knowledge of

  • English and French, both verbal and written, professional level
