What your role is
Overview

This role is focusing on two major pillars of the EUAU Supply Chain Organisation.


On the one hand the role owner will be the business partner to the External Supply Chain Team which is part of the Sourcing Organisation.

Sourcing is representing the biggest bucket of spend within the EUAU COGS so strong finance support is therefore required to provide visibility to the business, as well as to help minimizing costs via productivity savings (HMM) and other value creation initiatives.


On the other hand, this role will be in charge of consolidating the major EUAU Logistics topics such as Inventory or Write-Offs and help facilitating the Logistic margin improvement process.

This work will require x-functional work with different Logistic stakeholders within the key markets UKI, FRIB and ANZ.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Partner to the ESC Sourcing team deliver HMM and OVC targets
  • Ensuring accurate and consistent variance forecasts (PPV) in strong connection with the Sourcing team, and communicating appropriately across the organization
  • Supporting monthend actuals reconciliation versus latest forecast
  • Providing solid perspectives on Market developments and R&O, leveraging available resources
  • Delivering a robust Spring Plan budget supporting Sourcing Team in preparing highlevel market scenarios & linking them with the prices' evolution down to the material level
  • Manage and communicate Internal and External Commodity Inflation
  • Coordinate the EUAU DDF and Inventory Consolidation Process
  • Provide monthly EUAU Logistic Reporting (e.g. Logistic AOC)
  • Facilitate the Logistic Margin Improvement Process

What you bring to the team

  • Highly motivated selfstarter with strong organization, prioritization skills, and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Demonstrate ability to influence stakeholders and build effective relationships across all levels of the organization
  • 5 years' experience in financial planning & analysis / business partnering
  • SAP and Excel knowledge is a strong asset
  • Master's degree or equivalent, Finance/Control
