ABOUT THE ROLE»

• We're looking for an Administrator to play a key part in supporting our operations within France. You will play a crucial role in providing support to the team in areas such as Office Management and Personnel AdministrationDay to Day
• Your Key Duties will include:
• General office administration;
• Assist with HR duties including filing and maintenance of personnel information and assisting with induction and enrolment for new starters;
• Consolidating payroll data to forward to external Payroll provider;
• Manage the relationship with the Authorities;
• Answering general enquiries;
• Manage and submission of invoices on SAP system;
• Individual ad hoc projects in response to changing needs of the business.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Essential
• At least 1 years experience in similar position;
• Great communication and administration skills performed with a high level of attention to detail;
• Ability to perform tasks under pressure and balance many tasks simultaneously;
• Desire to learn and grow with Hawk-Eye, motivation to get stuck in with new projects;
• Flexibility and adaptability the responsibilities and priorities for this role change on a weekly or sometimes daily basis;
• Fluent in French and English.

• Desirable

• Familiarity with French labour laws;
• Excellent organisational and time management skills and ability to prioritise own workload;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Documents (Word, Excel, Docs, Sheets etc).
