    Since its start, the brand is committed to seeking and implementing innovations capable of reducing the environmental impact of a clothing brand at every stage of its design.

    With a fundamental pursuit of ethics and ecological sustainability, they also works closely with its producers in the selection and development of high-quality textiles, utilizing natural fibers and recycled materials.

    As a part of their growth, they are now looking for their future CFO to join, for an exciting journey

    The Position

    As the CFO, you will report directly to the two co-founders based in

    Toulouse and Copenhagen.

    In this role, your responsibilities will include :

    • Managing administrative, legal, and accounting matters for the

    company in France, with the assistance of an operational accountant

    whom you will oversee

    • Handling relationships with stakeholders in an international context,

    including lawyers, accounting firms, auditors, and joint ventures

    • Conducting monthly reporting, building budgets and quarterly

    reforecasts for each department (sales, logistics, etc.), and

    overseeing the cash flow plan (every two months)

    • Involvement in various HR aspects, such as contracts, recruitment,

    payroll, training, annual performance reviews, process improvement,

    and project management

    • Traveling to Copenhagen one week per month to foster a unified

    corporate culture between the two countries and ensure consistent

    communication

    The Profile

    • You have between 5 and 10 years of experience in a similar CFO role

    within an innovative, creative, or sustainable environment

    • You are accustomed to handling finance and HR matters in an

    international context

    • You are perfectly bilingual in English; this is mandatory

    You have an interest in ecological and sustainable topics, and it's

    even better if you have a degree related to these fields

    • You are willing to travel to Copenhagen one week per month
    • You possess natural leadership, excellent communication skills, and

    the ability to make decisions when necessary

    • You are open-minded, dynamic, and creative
    • Lastly, you are eager to join an exciting project in a key strategic role
