With an established reputation and a hugely exciting product roadmap we are looking for an exceptional
Senior People Business Partner who will play a vital role in the coming years as our ambitious plans move into the next phase.

In this role, you'll proactively work with Kry Livi France business areas with people processes, initiatives and culture enhancing activities in order to enable the teams to reach their objectives, aligned with company values.


As the Senior HR Lead within the Livi France business, with line management responsibility for French People and Culture team, this is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's HR strategy, drive employee engagement and be a central figure in shaping the future direction and success of the French organisation.


Key responsibilities

Partner to managers/leaders

  • Coach senior managers with team development, organisational design and implementation.
  • France HR Lead for annual HR cycle, including promotions, pay review, career changes, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Support managers with complex employee relations matters e.g. disciplinary, performance, grievance, absence, etc.
  • Liaise with managers on recruitment plans, proactively work on hiring plans, identify roles needed and align with the Talent Acquisition team.

People support & analytics

  • Cultivate the people policies, processes, and administration to create a more efficient employee experience and a more streamlined HR model.
  • Compile updates for extended management / clinical review meetings, presenting People updates in company and team meetings when needed.
  • Support with updates and presentations for management and board purposes as required.
  • Track and analyse people analytics in our HRIS, as well as other sources of insights, to follow progress on our business and to identify improvement opportunities and priorities (Employee Engagement, Sustainable Worklife, Diversity & Inclusion, Employee Experience).
  • Standardise France reporting to create key HR data metrics and trend analysis for business lines and HR.

Change agent/ Project leader

  • Support on global people initiatives/projects in the business areas; plan, align, communicate, implement, measure progress and iterate, always with business objectives and company values at heart.

Advisor and partner in Compliance/Labour Law

  • Support with labour law related activities, making sure we are working compliant with local labour law.
  • Manage the relationship with employee representatives, as well as individual and litigation cases.
  • Review and update policies as needed, and make sure policies are implemented and communicated.
  • Systematically drive work environment processes and make sure Kry/Livi is compliant.

Your profile & skills

  • Working knowledge and understanding of employment law, policies, and procedures. Solid experience in managing employee relations matters including working with trade unions.
  • Knowledge of French labour and employment law.
  • Great communication skills in
    French and English (speaking and writing), as well as listening.
  • Collaborative approach, effectively working with others to achieve team success.
  • Excellent people skills. People management skills, desirable.
  • A curious and open growth mindset with the ability to adapt quickly depending on the circumstances.
  • Passion for developing and maximising people's abilities and competencies.
  • A dedication to being creative and process driven at the same time, constantly looking for ways to make things work more efficiently.
  • Position offered on a hybrid basis with a minimum of three days a week at the Paris office._
