And we are looking for an:

INTERNATIONAL SALES MANAGER (M/F)


You will be responsible for achieving your target with distributors as
International Sales Manager, Neurology (M/F) for several countries in Europe.

Under the supervision of the International Sales Director, your
Duties and responsibilities will include the followings:


  • Sales training and development execution
  • Management of
    distribution partners across several countries in Europe:
  • Role model for ethical and professional behavior
  • Visit and work with distributors, district sales managers, customers, and key accounts
  • Assist and direct sales force in developing, analyzing and closing business
  • Provide management with feedback on status of new and existing business opportunities
  • Prepare and review annual and monthly sales forecasts, operation budgets
  • Prepare and execute annual territory sales plans
  • Support RA/QA requirements by all team members
  • Interface with clinical education team and field support to coordinate region's field effort

Travel :
Extensive (required-minimum of 75%)


Education and experience required:


  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from fouryear college is strongly preferred, and a MBA or Medical Qualification a strong plus
  • Minimum of 46 years of experience in sales, experience in management would be appreciated

Experience in Neurology / Sleep diagnostic Products:

  • Experience in capital goods sales process and in
    working with Distributors will be a plus
  • Ability to work independently or with small groups of support staff
  • Excellent concept selling skills
  • Must be able to analyze financial information
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Computer skills required; knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Require professional and ethical references at a high level
  • Require current and valid driver's license

Languages:
English, an additional language such as French, German, Spanish,... will be appreciated


Compensation and benefits:


  • Fix salary and commission to determine with experience

Work environment;

The work environment may include the following:

  • Airports, Train Stations
  • Home office, Hotels, Natus Office
  • Driving in Traffic & in adverse weather i.e. rain, snow, sleet
  • Riding with District Sales Managers or distributors
  • Hospitals
