- Engineer BAAN/LN Customisations & Enhancements to customer delight, following their precise specs.
- Swiftly handle Support Tickets, ensuring solutions are provided within customer-defined SLAs.
- Decode Business Requirements into technical designs and breathe life into them with code.
- Generate insightful Reports and communicate technical issues and discoveries with flair.
- Proactively seek ways to deliver exceptional value to our customers.
- Familiarity with Baan IV, Baan V, LN FP 7, and 10.4 required.
- Proven background as a BAAN Developer or Technical Consultant.
- Experience in the functional modules of BAAN (Sales, Service, Purchasing, Warehousing etc.) and in large customization projects.
- Expert in SQL queries and performance tuning.
- A degree in BE/MBA/M.Tech/MCA or equivalent.
- Relevant experience in BaaN ERP Technical landscape.
- Proficiency in Baan Tools 4GL, Reports, Forms.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication.
- Analytical prowess, a collaborative spirit, and a sunny disposition.
- Strong interpersonal skills, autonomy, and a customer-focused orientation.
