About the job

CONTEXT
Human Resources department is looking for an International Mobility Apprentice. The position is based in our Global Headquarter, in Paris.

International Mobility is a Global Human Resources function of Danone. The team facilitates at the group level, the mobility of international Managers and Directors.

We act as partners with our stakeholders, advise, facilitate and empower, respecting the DANONE values, fairness and equity.

The expertise we provide allows us to team with business together addressing risk, protecting all and adapting to a changing world.


YOUR MISSIONS


You will work and will be trained under the supervision of the Global IM Policy & Projects Sr Manager in a multi-cultural environment.


Your main activities will be as follows:

  • Support the operational team with the international move: prepare cost estimate, package, international contract, communicate to the corresponding IM team the accompanying measures on arrival, transfer and departure of the international assignees
  • Support the update of the international mobility management tool

ATLAS:
transfer/upload the international assignee file, manage data validation / accuracy on an ongoing basis

  • Participate in the international mobility projects: IM policy and guidelines, package and benefits, international insurances.

KEY FIGURES

  • Around 500 internationals worldwide
  • 60 nationalities based in 65 countries
  • The International Mobility team of 8 people: one team managing mobility with Europe, Asia, Americas, Africa Middle East Asia Pacific and another team managing policy & projects
- an Employee Services Mobility team providing supporting measures in the host country which reports functionally to International Mobility

About you

  • Graduate Student in HR / Bac +
  • First experience in HR and International Mobility is a must
  • Fluent French and English
  • Accuracy and ability with numbers and HR tools
  • Microsoft Office competencies (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
