    Business Analyst – Project Coordinator (OMS)

    Dans le cadre d'un déploiement OMS pour un client du secteur retail/luxe, nous recherchons un Business Analyst avec une forte dimension Project Coordinator afin d'accompagner le cadrage, la mise en œuvre et le suivi opérationnel du projet.

    Missions principales

    • Analyse fonctionnelle & Product Ownership
    • Recueillir et challenger les besoins métiers
    • Préparer et animer les ateliers de cadrage
    • Rédiger les user stories et documents fonctionnels nécessaires au projet
    • Définir les règles clés liées aux commandes, aux stocks et à l'orchestration OMS
    • Suivre les développements, tests et phases de recette
    • Garantir la cohérence fonctionnelle de bout en bout
    • Coordination projet (PM / PMO opérationnel)
    • Assurer la coordination quotidienne entre le client, l'éditeur OMS, les intégrateurs et les équipes internes
    • Suivre le planning, les dépendances, les risques et les actions
    • Organiser et animer les instances projet
    • Produire et actualiser le reporting
    • Veiller à la bonne communication et à l'alignement de l'ensemble des parties prenantes
    • Accompagnement au déploiement
    • Contribuer à la stratégie de déploiement par pays / boutiques
    • Participer à la production de la documentation et au support des utilisateurs
    • Suivre les premières mises en production et remonter les points d'amélioration

    Compétences requises

    • 3 à 7 ans d'expérience en Business Analysis, AMOA ou rôle similaire
    • Première expérience dans un environnement OMS, e‑commerce ou retail
    • Aisance dans un rôle hybride : fonctionnel + coordination projet
    • Sens du service, autonomie, rigueur et excellente relation client
