Go to Market Coordinator France and Benelux:

Key Responsibilities:


STRATEGY AND PLANNING FOR DIESEL IN FRANCE AND BENELUX

  • Propose and execute strategies to amplify global brand messages at local level (global marketing calendar)
  • Develop local marketing calendar based on seasonal and commercial needs
  • Plan for seasonal product launches, ensuring consistency through channels and collecting/creating all necessary assets (launch packs)
  • Work with local retail and wholesale on product launches, new store openings, brand pages, newsletters, and new accounts prospect packs.
  • Support CRM on all local activities in retail. Working with the team on building retention and acquisition of new customers.
  • Work with Europe outlet operations on product launches, new store openings, brand pages, newsletters. Coordinate the use of assets across all centres and protect brand image in all the activities
  • Project manage all local special activations from concept through to execution working with key stakeholders in local/global teams
  • Protect brand image in all customer facing activities

GO-TO-MARKET FLOW OF COMMUNICATIONS:


  • Sharing all seasonal and product assets with external wholesale and retail partners to ensure brand awareness in key locations
  • Share all seasonal campaigns with launch pack / meeting presentation to internal teams
  • Track effectiveness of marketing campaigns, reporting and sharing with relevant teams
  • BUDGET CONTROL: Manage local budgets and planning / reforecasting.
  • MARKET RESEARCH: researching and analysing local trends, competitor activity, emerging trends and technology, update agency portfolio

  • Marketing Peers in PR, Media, CRM
  • Diesel Retail Operations Teams, VM and Store staff;
  • Diesel wholesale Sales managers
  • Diesel Europe ecommerce team
  • Cross functional communication with HQ teams (from marketing to Shopping Experience, Digital, Social & Ecommerce)
  • Key Clients marketing referents
