The Peninsula houses 200 luxurious rooms, including 93 suites. Working alongside a high profile and prestigious team, The Peninsula Paris is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist.

Key Accountabilities

  • Oversee and ensure proper operation of the Front Office department such as proper registration and reception for hotel guests.
  • Control room inventory for respective room types and categories.
  • Resolve guest complaints effectively.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering to ensure all the rooms are ready to be sold in the period with demand.

General requirements:


  • Strong customer focus,
  • Fluent both in French and in English third language appreciated,
  • Availability and responsiveness,
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Sense of confidentiality.
