Mirakl is seeking a Talent Acquisition Apprentice starting in September 2023, to contribute towards our recruitment efforts.

As a Talent Acquisition Apprentice at Mirakl, you will support the full cycle recruitment process for a range of full time positions and take ownership of recruiting interns from start to finish.

You will report directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager and thrive in a dynamic work environment with exciting challenges every day.

Your are responsible for:

Assisting with the creation of a solid and measurable endtoend recruiting process for various permanent business roles
Executing the full cycle recruiting of our next internship campaign
Being involved in global recruiting projects like optimising recruitment processes
Reporting of recruiting KPIs

Requirements:

You are pursuing Master's degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resource Management Or other relevant fields of study
You approach work in a highly structured and pragmatic way in order to master various challenges at the same time;
You have an interest in technology recruitment
You feel comfortable taking on the challenges of a high volume recruitment role;
You are a goaloriented individual, focused on delivering high quality recruiting results
Your are proactive with a "can do" attitude;
You are a digital native person who feels comfortable working online and possess a sound knowledge of common tools (MS Office package, LinkedIn, Trello, etc.)
You must have excellent communication skills in both French & English
