  • What you will be doing:
  • Partner with your stakeholders (you will support 1 or 2 C-levels) and the Global People team on various strategic initiatives such as organization and culture change, competency framework & career paths, wellness, D&I, etc.
  • Deploy the core HR processes in the organisations you support (performance management, engagement survey action plans, talent mapping, onboarding and offboarding, headcount planning, etc.)
  • Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees on employee relations management and investigations as appropriate.
  • Partner with the People Operation team, the Culture Team and the Talent Acquisition team to develop policies, and programs to attract, retain and promote a diverse workforce.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team from Kickoff to Closing (internal hires, international moves and offer design), and with local People Operation Teams to manage disciplinaries cases.
About you

  • Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Human Resources or related degree a plus.

Minimum of 5 years of HR generalist/HRBP/People Partner experience is required with experience identifying and developing talent, managing employee relations, and performance management.

Record of success advising managers on the full range of HR/people issues. Being able to articulate data-backed recommendations and pull excel reports and build presentations that have impact and generate decisions.


Project management skills:

The ability to multitask and work in parallel on daily tasks and long-term projectsStrategic thinker with demonstrated ability to quickly establish effective relationships, collaborate, and influence and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and deliver results for multiple stakeholders.

Strong ethical standards and integrity. Working knowledge of employment laws and ability to search for information.
