Job Description Summary:

The Senior Manager - Manufacturing and Data & Analytics Leader will lead the Data & Analytics and Manufacturing domain for Steam Power Nuclear New business.

You will initially work on the execution of the carve out of the Data Lake and then manage IT operations, design, developments and end users support relative to the Data & Analytics eco-system.

You will also align stakeholders on strategy, vision and priority as well as build and execute a roadmap to drive the required changes in the respective areas with the goal to build a long-term sustainable data & analytics set of tools (product catalog, platforms, technology roadmaps, customers experience,) in order to enable data visibility and facilitate decision making process.

In addition, you will assess, rationalize and enhance manufacturing related IT capabilities:
Apps, connectivity, user's experience


Essential Responsibilities:


In this role, you will:


  • Lead the execution of the Steam Data Lake Carve out ensuring successful go live
  • Define guiding principles and the operating model for the new Data & Analytics Team to run operations, development and users support.
  • Lead strategic and business stakeholder's prioritization and requirements meeting in order to define and agree multiyear budget for Data & Analytics and Manufacturing
  • Build, coach, mentor, and lead a world class data engineering, architect, product owner team. This will include recruiting and select talents in order to build up the required Team
  • Setting strategy and standards through data architecture and implementation leveraging big data and analytics tools and technologies available in the market
  • Understand manufacturing landscape and footprint, connect with stakeholders to discuss improvements and needs
  • Lead partnership and collaboration with external vendors in order drive cost reduction opportunities for licenses, contracted services, support.

Basic Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Management or Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum of 8 years of senior professional experience working with Manufacturing and Data Management, Business Intelligence, Data Governance, Architecture and Analytics
  • Strong understanding of Big Data, Data Warehousing, Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Integration (ETL, EAI), and Data Replication
  • Understanding of MES, manufacturing related systems
  • Proven analytical and problem resolution skills, excellent communication skills

    Principales responsabilités:

Dans ce rôle, vous devrez:


  • Diriger la réalisation du transfert du système d'information (Data Lake) pour assurer le succès de la mise en service.
  • Définir les principes directeurs et le modèle de fonctionnement de la nouvelle équipe Données et Analytiques pour gérer les opérations, le développement et le support aux utilisateurs.
  • Diriger la priorisation et la définition des besoins des parties prenantes stratégiques et opérationnelles afin de définir et d'approuver le budget pluriannuel pour Données & Analytiques et Manufacturing.
  • Créer, encadrer, guider et diriger une équipe d'ingénieurs, d'architectes et de responsables de produits de classe mondiale dans le domaine des données et de l'analyse. Il s'agira notamment de recruter et de sélectionner des talents afin de constituer l'équipe requise.
  • Définir la stratégie et les normes par le biais de l'architecture et de la mise en œuvre des données en tirant parti des outils et des technologies de big data et d'analyse disponibles sur le marché.
  • Comprendre le paysage et l'empreinte de la fabrication, communiquer avec les parties prenantes pour discuter des améliorations et des besoins
  • Diriger le partenariat et la collaboration avec les fournisseurs externes afin de créer des opportunités de réduction des coûts pour les licences, les services contractuels et le support.

Principales qualifications:


  • Licence en informatique, finance, gestion, ingénierie ou équivalent.
  • Minimum de 8 ans d'expérience professionnelle senior dans le domaine
