About the Role

Prepare invoices, policies, certificates and all other contractual documentation
Compile, sort, review and verify data accuracy using source documents, detect errors, and initiate correction
Keep up to date information in systems and tools
Regular interaction with external customers (brokers/insureds)
Accounting follow up (premium chasing, data corrections, monitoring)
Collaborate on the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures, tools and processes improvements, and testing/ piloting changes

About the Team

Supporting the Property underwriting team in the Paris Corporate Solutions office, you will be part of our dynamic Operations team comprised of 12 expert professionals from various backgrounds ensuring our clients experience an outstanding level of service, acting as the key point of contact for business administration internally and externally.

The position reports into the Operations Manager France based in Paris.

About You

General knowledge of corporate insurance
Quality focused, attention to detail and solution oriented, ability to identify and report problems
Goalorientation and dedication to continuous learning
Teamwork, building and maintain effective working relations with people in a multicultural environment
Knowledge of Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Proficiency in French and English
