    Description
    La division des projets clés en main et offshore est responsable de l'exécution des projets au sein du groupe. L'équipe veille à ce que le système et les procédures HSE de Nexans ainsi que les exigences et les attentes du client soient respectés. L'équipe est répartie sur plusieurs sites, mais soutient également les activités d'exécution en cours dans d'autres usines et sites du groupe.

    PRENDRE UN BON DEPART

    Vous avez en charge la gestion de tous les aspects du HSE dans le cadre du projet pendant la phase d'appel d'offres, le cas échéant, mais également de la phase de démarrage jusqu'à la phase de clôture, conformément au contrat initial. En tant que Project Manager, vous vous assurez que l'équipe de projet connaît les systèmes et outils HSE et s'y conforme. Dans un soucis de performance, vous contribuez au développement de l'amélioration continue de l'organisation en ce qui concerne les activités HSE. Vos principales missions consisteront à :

    - Gérer et communiquer les activités HSE requises pour le projet en préparant les plans et procédures de projet pertinents.
    - Gérer les exigences HSE du client et des interfaces.
    - Dans le cadre d'un appel d'offres, analyser les exigences HSE et fournir des informations au responsable de l'appel d'offres.
    - Structurer et gérer les outils de planification de l'assurance qualité selon les besoins du projet
    - Contribuer à l'établissement du fichier Final Documentation Index et au suivi de la documentation et de la traçabilité
    - Promouvoir et/ou faciliter l'utilisation de l'analyse des tâches en toute sécurité, de la boîte à outils, de l'évaluation des risques, etc. et/ou y participer avec le département HSE de l'usine et/ou avec le représentant HSE du site pour certaines activités.

    COMMENT AVOIR UN IMPACT

    Vous assistez le chef de projet dans la mise en oeuvre du système de gestion des risques et alertez le gestionnaire de projet de tout risque ou retard susceptible d'avoir un effet préjudiciable sur les activités ou les résultats de HSE. Pour performer sur ce rôle, il sera essentiel de :

    - Définir des actions préventives pour réduire les coûts de non-qualité et les non-conformités grâce à l'amélioration de l'assurance qualité et de l'amélioration continue.
    - Être en mesure de réduire la gravité et/ou de la probabilité des risques par l'introduction de mesures d'atténuation et de contrôle
    - Utiliser efficacement les outils et procédures de planification de l'assurance de la qualité applicables pour préserver les objectifs du HSE
    - S'assurer que le projet est conforme au système HSE et au modèle de projet permettant de répondre aux exigences internes/externes
    - Assurer un niveau élevé de sensibilisation à la sécurité et à l'environnement dans le cadre des projets

    VOTRE PROFIL

    Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'une formation universitaire MSC, MBA ou similaire et disposez d'un minimum de 3 ans d'expérience en tant que responsable HSE et/ou gestion des risques dans le domaine de la fabrication, de l'installation ou de l'offshore :

    - Compétences en matière de gestion de projet et de méthodes
    - Formation adéquate et certification en HSE et gestion des risques de préférence
    - Connaissance des processus industriels - comme la fabrication de câbles, l'industrie concernée et/ou les travaux d'installation maritimes et terrestres
    - Compréhension des organisations et des exigences liées aux projets
    - Vous parlez anglais couramment,
    - Vous avez un esprit d'équipe et d'initiative, et n'avez pas peur de prendre des responsabilités
