About the job
The Business Process Owner will be part of the TBD in the TBD organization.

The mission of the Cybele program is to globally implement one unique digital platform to develop and manage recipes & specifications (*) and organize the digital data flow and business processes of those specifications from R&I (research & Innovation) to Manufacturing and Artwork.

All D2D (Design to Delivery) functions and MDM business functions are directly impacted but also Regulatory and Artwork, and by extension Sales and Topline.

(*): raw and pack material specifications, product and pack recipe specifications, process specifications and label specifications, finished goods specifications.

The role and main responsibilities of the Business Process Owner Packaging will be as follow:

Business process & product owner of PLM solution, supplier portal
Process, template, solution design & governance
Pack materials, Pack recipe, Assembly specification scope

During Phase - Design, build, test of the tool - of Cybele program:

Co-lead with SI partner the workshops for definition of level 5 processes related to "product": Pack materials, Pack recipe, Assembly specification, starting from level 3 & 4 processes defined during phase 1 of the program.
Ensure synchronization of activities with data stream leader and colead with template stream leader for the definition of template related to the "packaging" scope.
Colead with IT&DATA partner the configuration in the tool for the "packaging" scope.
Ensure consistency with product BPO and integration BPO.
Ensure consistency with other functions collaborating on "packaging" scope.
Leading the SME community for identified regions (NORAM, EU, SN global) for "packaging" globally, ensuring perfect adhesion of this community to what is built in the tool. Drive standardization & simplification of WoW.
Support the pilot CBU in the ETL/preparation of the data, related to the "packaging" scope.

During Phase 3/- Pilot & Deployment - of Cybele Program:

Contribute to pilot & deployment for the "packaging" scope in the identified regions
Co leading with SI Gap analysis and adaptation recommendation vs the global model
Contribute to prepare the change and colead the implementation of the new solution and new ways of working
Contribute to prepare training module
Assist the identified regions in the ETL/Data preparation
Train the SME community on the "packaging" scope part
Travelling is expected for the deployment

Role could evolve slightly during deployment plan definition

About you
Master's degree in Technical Engineering / Food Technology Background

10 Y+ professional experience in Process Industry in the field of Product/Packaging Development, Quality or Manufacturing

Experience in PLM (or similar) implementation projects in highly complex corporate organization will be a benefit

Experience & skills:

Capacity to create an internal network to find answers quickly
Capability to effectively communicate to align cross functional stakeholders
Project management skills (incl. planning, organization, resource coordination and risk management)
Ability to drive change in an organization
Experience in coaching and managing others
Be a team player and enjoy collaboration with other engineers and teams
Taking leadership in crossteam situations with no hierarchical link
Autonomy, initiative, and critical thinking
Process & conceptual thinker with an analytical mindset
Ability to work in an international environment

Languages

Communicative level of English is required
Knowledge of CPG, PLM, PPM, SAP, data concepts
