The Company:

Splio is a scale-up in the Martech industry with around 30 million ARR.

It is headquartered in Paris and employs 220 people (with 90 within the Product and Tech department and across 4 offices (France, Spain, Italy, Tunisia).


In 2023, Splio acquired Tinyclues to integrate their predictive marketing into Splio's CRM and become the European leader in intelligent CRM, allowing brands to easily orchestrate highly personalized marketing at scale through AI.


We are proud to include Longchamp, 3 Suisses, Cojean, Micromania, FNAC, SNCF Connect, Orange, and Samsung among a portfolio of 500 client companies from SME to larger companies across various industries (retail, catering, telecoms, etc.).

To support our growth, we are looking for a Product Designer to join our Product Design team. This team directly reports to the VP Product and comprises another Product Designer and a Lead Product Designer.


Main responsibilities
:

Understanding the business, our clients, and the company's strategy: Dive into the core of our business to implement relevant solutions tailored to our clients.

  • Implementing
    design processes in the Discovery phase in close collaboration with the Product Manager:
  • Define, plan, and conduct user interviews;
  • Identify and frame UX opportunities or problems;
  • Synthesize user knowledge through empathy maps, user journeys, workflows, etc.
  • Provide
    creative and tailored solutions during the ideation phase to address identified problems;
  • Transform these ideas in the creation phase through highfidelity mockups or usable prototypes on Figma, along with guidelines for the technical teams;

Conduct
user tests using various methodologies to gather actionable feedback and improve their experience;

  • In the Delivery phase,
    ensure proper development and adherence to the use of components;
  • Contribute to the continuous evolution of the
    design system and maintain its components;
  • Foster the advancement of design culture within the company through cocreation, ideation workshops, or knowledge sharing;
  • Stay updated on design trends and UX best practices;
  • Ensure the user experience's quality aligns with business expectations and user needs;
  • Actively participate in the Product Manager, Product Designer, and Lead Engineer balance at each project stage.

Requirements for the position:


Experience

  • At least 3 years or more of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role;
  • Experience in creating lowfidelity and highfidelity mockups, usable prototypes, and multidevice interfaces;
  • Indepth knowledge of UX principles, methodologies, and best practices;
  • Proficient use of Figma;
  • Understanding or past experience with the creation and use of Design Systems;
  • Oral and written English (minimum B2 level).

Nice-to-have:


  • Basic coding skills (html, css) to communicate with developers on technical aspects;
  • Design experience in the retail or distribution industry and/or in an ecommerce department.

Hiring Process:


  • A 30 min interview with a member of the HR team to exchange on your background and your expectations and to introduce Splio
  • A 45 min interview with the Product Designer team (Célia & Justine) to meet the team and review your future responsibilities
  • A 1 hour takehome assignment followed by a 30min debrief with Célia
  • A 30 min interview with a Clevel manager
