Job summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated professional to become part of our Global Banking – Paris team.Responsibilities
- Exceptional analytical and modelling skills with the ability to structure, guide, and review detailed valuation work (LBO, DCF, comparables, precedent transactions, etc.) and other financial analyses within the context of M&A transactions
- Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset actively contributing to the identification of new opportunities clients while supporting coverage of existing relationships with fresh ideas
- Collaborative approach working seamlessly with product sector teams deliver integrated solutions
- Client-focused attitude committed building strengthening relationships across sponsor corporate coverage universe
