Role Overview

We are looking for:

An experienced Group Data Privacy Manager with a Law Degree and/or Master's Degree in Ethics and Compliance or equivalent.
A certified Information Privacy Professional/Manager or Data Protection Officer is a plus.
Someone with 5+ years' experience inhouse in a Data Privacy Compliance role, with extensive experience and knowledge in Data Privacy demonstrating leadership.

We count on you for:

Defining and overseeing the implementation of the Group Privacy Policy and strategy globally.
Setting up and leading the Group Data Protection and Privacy Office.
Preparing and leading the Data Protection & Privacy Board.
Analyzing and overseeing implementation of all applicable laws pertaining to business operations.
Collaborating with the various business managers to identify potential areas of compliance risk within the organization.
Acting as liaison with governments and external stakeholders.
Providing advice & arbitration on Privacy Compliance issues when needed.
Ensuring that compliance efforts are appropriately documented and monitored.
Training organization employees on Data Privacy compliance requirements.
Ensuring a global communication plan for policies and procedures related to Privacy Compliance.
Collaborating with other departments to direct compliance issues to appropriate existing channels for investigation and resolution.

Good knowledge of Privacy laws and regulations affecting business operations.
Experience analyzing, managing and implementing compliance programs across a complex organization with a global presence.
Experience working internationally and/or has spent significant time working with international business partners to develop and oversee implementation of corporate programs across divisions and globally.
Aims high with integrity, businessoriented, and a team player with strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
Ability to plan, organize and prioritize tasks and projects, act, communicate, and influence in a complex environment.
Executive level in oral and written communication, and fluent in spoken and written English.
Conceptual, strategic, and analytical thinking, and problemsolving skills.
