Role Overview

We are looking for:


  • An experienced Group Data Privacy Manager with a Law Degree and/or Master's Degree in Ethics and Compliance or equivalent.
  • A certified Information Privacy Professional/Manager or Data Protection Officer is a plus.
  • Someone with 5+ years' experience inhouse in a Data Privacy Compliance role, with extensive experience and knowledge in Data Privacy demonstrating leadership.

We count on you for:


  • Defining and overseeing the implementation of the Group Privacy Policy and strategy globally.
  • Setting up and leading the Group Data Protection and Privacy Office.
  • Preparing and leading the Data Protection & Privacy Board.
  • Analyzing and overseeing implementation of all applicable laws pertaining to business operations.
  • Collaborating with the various business managers to identify potential areas of compliance risk within the organization.
  • Acting as liaison with governments and external stakeholders.
  • Providing advice & arbitration on Privacy Compliance issues when needed.
  • Ensuring that compliance efforts are appropriately documented and monitored.
  • Training organization employees on Data Privacy compliance requirements.
  • Ensuring a global communication plan for policies and procedures related to Privacy Compliance.
  • Collaborating with other departments to direct compliance issues to appropriate existing channels for investigation and resolution.

You will bring:


  • Good knowledge of Privacy laws and regulations affecting business operations.
  • Experience analyzing, managing and implementing compliance programs across a complex organization with a global presence.
  • Experience working internationally and/or has spent significant time working with international business partners to develop and oversee implementation of corporate programs across divisions and globally.
  • Aims high with integrity, businessoriented, and a team player with strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
  • Ability to plan, organize and prioritize tasks and projects, act, communicate, and influence in a complex environment.
  • Executive level in oral and written communication, and fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Conceptual, strategic, and analytical thinking, and problemsolving skills.
