    About the Department:

    The Key Account department is responsible for prospecting and maintaining international and national fleet customers. In addition, collecting market information and supporting country managers and local Key Account team in approaching local fleet customers.

    About the role:

    Mainly responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key accounts in dedicated area, understanding the specific needs and requirement of each account, developing strategic plans to maximize sales and profitability, work closely with the country manager and local fleet manager to develop local fleet business and gather market data.

    Main responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients.
  • Identifying new business opportunities.
  • Managing existing accounts.
  • Meeting sales targets for region & local teams, monitoring & reporting sales targets and action plan per country.
  • Training and managing local Key Account members in designated region.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Qualification and requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Relevant experience in fleet business is preferred.
  • Able to work under pressure and handle multi-tasks.
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and independent.
  • Perfect interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in French and English. Native in Chinese.
