    Adjoint-te Cheffe de Projet MOA / Alternance

    A PROPOS DE SCALLOG :

    La logistique continue son entrée dans le 4.0 et SCALLOG s'impose depuis 10 ans en acteur majeur de cette évolution.

    Pionnière dans l'automatisation des plateformes logistiques SCALLOG fabrique, développe et commercialise une flotte de robots mobiles capables de déplacer des étagères dans un environnement de distribution pour la préparation de commandes (stockage, picking, réapprovisionnement) :

    SCALLOG travaille avec les grands noms de la logistique et totalise plus d'une soixantaine d'installations en France et à l'International. Son ambition est de rester leader et de poursuivre sa dynamique au service de la Supply Chain du futur.

    LE POSTE :

    Le poste, destiné à un(e) étudiant(e) en alternance, est à pourvoir début septembre

    Intégré au sein du service MOA et de la Direction des Opérations, vous accompagnez la Cheffe de Projet MOA dans les différentes composantes de sa fonction et en particulier :

    -Le suivi des Workshops (ateliers process avec le client) dans la partie prise de notes

    -La rédaction des documents process et interfaces à la suite des ateliers clients

    -La rédaction des spécifications fonctionnelles des développements spécifiques

    -La rédaction des document utilisateurs (captures et explications)

    -Le paramétrage de base du logiciel métier de Scallog (WCS) qui répond à toutes les contraintes d'un Responsable de plateforme logistique

    -Les tests des logiciels en configuration Clients, avant déploiement en Production

    VOTRE PROFIL

    De formation Bac+4 ou 5 en Informatique de type MIAGE, vous avez l'envie de découvrir le métier de chef de projet fonctionnel au sein d'une entreprise innovante

    Vous êtes réactif, curieux et apprenez vite

    Vous êtes rigoureux et organisé dans vos interventions, volontaire et assidu dans vos missions

    Vous avez développé de bonnes qualités de communication écrites ou orales et maitrisez parfaitement le français et l'anglais

    Vous êtes à l'aise dans une fonction avec beaucoup d'interactions avec différentes équipes chez Scallog (développeurs logiciels, chefs de projet logistiques, infrastructures IT) et les équipes clientes (Directions logistiques de grands s groupes, Responsables de plateformes logistiques ou Chefs de projet Supply)
