Your Impact & Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the European global accounts sales team.
Build relationships to meet business requirements of senior (Csuite) decision makers.
Develop plans and strategies to grow business and achieve company's sales goals.
Monitor customer, channel partner, market and competitor activity to guide decision making of company leadership and company support functions.
Develop and manage key customer relationships and close opportunities.
Manage go to market strategies.

Your Knowledge & Skills:

Previous successful experience leading a global sales organization.
Previous sales leadership experience in security (preferred) or networking.
Previous experience with both direct and indirect sales.
Previous experience working closely with channel partners.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Able to effectively articulate our value proposition in a clear, concise manner.
Skilled at opening doors and understanding business requirements of senior decision makers.
Demonstrated experience managing key customer relationships and negotiating/closing strategic opportunities.
Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding goals as a sales leader.
