Your Impact & Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage the European global accounts sales team.
  • Build relationships to meet business requirements of senior (Csuite) decision makers.
  • Develop plans and strategies to grow business and achieve company's sales goals.
  • Monitor customer, channel partner, market and competitor activity to guide decision making of company leadership and company support functions.
  • Develop and manage key customer relationships and close opportunities.
  • Manage go to market strategies.

Your Knowledge & Skills:


  • Previous successful experience leading a global sales organization.
  • Previous sales leadership experience in security (preferred) or networking.
  • Previous experience with both direct and indirect sales.
  • Previous experience working closely with channel partners.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to effectively articulate our value proposition in a clear, concise manner.
  • Skilled at opening doors and understanding business requirements of senior decision makers.
  • Demonstrated experience managing key customer relationships and negotiating/closing strategic opportunities.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding goals as a sales leader.
